Nottingham Chamber Music Seminar 2019

Nottingham Chamber Music Seminar 2019

The Nottingham Chamber Music Seminar is a day course for students and adults to enjoy a focused study of chamber music in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Pre-formed ensembles of all levels, from beginners to advanced, are encouraged to attend. Whether this is your introduction to chamber music, or you are seeking advanced study, this seminar is for you! Ensembles of all types - including strings, piano, woodwind, and brass - are welcome. Groups can bring pieces they have been studying, or are just beginning to learn. The Festival is pleased to present coachings with the Villiers Quartet, the Quartet-in-Residence at Oxford University and Nottingham High School. Groups can also perform in the public Chamber Masterclass. Participants in NCMF 2019 gain admission to the Villiers Quartet concert following the seminar.
