Nottingham Chamber Music Festival

“A Festival of discovery and high-octane emotion – with something for everyone.”

Nottingham Chamber Music Festival 2021

We’ve been on pause for so long. Now, it’s time to play.

Nottingham Chamber Music Festival will take place from July 10 – 18, 2021. The ground-breaking classical music festival offers an eclectic range of events celebrating the return of live music after the extended Covid hiatus.

Few sectors have been hit as hard by the pandemic as live music, with many performers and venues in the cultural sector finding the lockdown particularly damaging. Nottingham Chamber Music Festival addresses this head-on, putting on live music across the city for us to connect with the joy of live performance – reflecting a cautious optimism as we emerge from lockdown.

Participating venues include The Royal Concert Hall, The Squire Arts Centre at Nottingham Girls High School, St Peter’s Church, St Mary’s in the Lace Market, Turner Violins and Nottingham Contemporary. NCMF features artists of the highest calibre in some of Nottingham’s beautiful spaces. This is very much a celebration of our city, as well as music.
